When you include the exact numbers, we can usually answer a calculation question in one reply.

- The calculator you used and the exact numbers you entered: Entry, Exit and Stoploss Price, or Risk and Reward
- The result you expected to see and how you worked it out

Refunds
Google and Apple process every purchase, so start a refund with the store you bought from. If you need our help, send your device, the store you used and the date and time of the transaction with a screenshot. Please add your country, your timezone and the reason for the refund.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give trading advice or tell you which trade to take. The app has no accounts, so we also cannot look up account details. Our terms explain why we never give trading advice.
Common questions
Does the app tell me when to trade?
No. It works out the risk:reward ratio and the breakeven win rate from your numbers and leaves every trading decision to you.

The bigger the risk compared to the reward, the more often a trade has to win. A 1:1 trade needs 50%, while a 1:3 trade needs only 25%.
See the breakeven tableGoogle Play says I have already subscribed. What should I do?
Don't worry. Your subscription and its billing keep working as intended. The message comes from the Play Store's side. Tap Restore Purchase in the app to bring your unlocked content back.

The app does not ask for your name or email and it does not track you. It uses Firebase for analytics and crash reports so we can fix bugs.
