Terms of use: End User License Agreement

About this agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and VSB DEVS ("Developer", "We" or "Us"). It governs your use of the Risk Reward Ratio Calculator mobile application ("App") available on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to follow the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.

1. License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Risk Reward Ratio Calculator on devices you own or control, as the Apple App Store and Google Play policies permit. This license covers personal and commercial use to the extent the law allows.

2. Restrictions

• You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• You may not use the App for unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive or fraudulent activities.
• You must not attempt to bypass any security feature of the App.

VSB DEVS reserves all rights this Agreement does not expressly grant.

4. Inputs, formulas and errors

The App applies standard risk reward and breakeven formulas to the numbers you type. We test those formulas, but we do not guarantee that any result is free of errors or suits your strategy.

A wrong input produces a wrong result. The results do not include fees, spreads, taxes or slippage, and a real trade can close at a different price from the exit or stop-loss you entered.

5. Your data and privacy

The App needs no account, does not track you and does not collect the prices or amounts you enter. It uses Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. Our Privacy Policy explains how that works.

6. Subscriptions, purchases and payment

If the App offers paid features, subscriptions or in-app purchases, Apple or Google processes the payment through your App Store or Google Play account. Their refund policies decide any refund.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The store charges your account when you confirm the purchase and again at each renewal. If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends at that point.

To manage or cancel a subscription on iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. We do not process or store your payment information.

7. Third-party services

The App integrates third-party services, including Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting and third-party advertising partners. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. By continuing to use the App, you consent to these integrations.

8. Ads and in-app promotions

The App shows ads to stay free. These may include promotions for other VSB DEVS apps and ads from third-party advertising partners, which operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual property

VSB DEVS owns all trademarks, designs, layouts, text, graphics, code and other intellectual property in the App. The results you calculate from your own inputs are yours to use.

10. Disclaimer of warranty

We provide the App "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance or results that meet your expectations. You use the App at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, VSB DEVS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. That includes any financial or trading loss arising from your use of the App or your inability to use it.

12. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the App if you violate these terms or use the App for unlawful activities. If that happens, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.

13. Changes to the App and this agreement

We may update, modify or discontinue features at any time. We may also revise this Agreement. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated Agreement.

14. Governing law

The laws of India govern this Agreement. The courts of Nashik, Maharashtra, India will resolve any dispute.

15. App store terms and third-party beneficiaries

This Agreement is between you and VSB DEVS only. Apple and Google are not parties to it and VSB DEVS alone is responsible for the App, its support and any claim relating to it. Your use of the App must also follow the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service, depending on where you got it.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement against you once you accept it. If the App fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent the law permits, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
